Let’s be honest, we all let ourselves down in small ways, each day. We skip the gym cause we are tired, we yell at the kids when we’re stressed and tired only to feel guilty about it afterwards, we don’t eat the salad even though we know our body is craving it.
Whatever it is, we don’t count it because we aren’t accountable in private. Learning to hold ourselves accountable for our actions takes work and learning the tools to help ourselves in a group where were supported, encouraged and we cheer each other on helps us grow these tools.
Putting ourselves out there, committing to our goals and talking about them with others makes us more accountable, and we go further together cause it’s fun.
